These terms of service ("Terms") cover your use of our services, website, and software ("Services"). By using our services, you are bound to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you are using our services for a team or organization, you're agreeing to our terms on behalf of your team or organization.


Your Files

While using our services, you may upload files directly from your device to our servers. All of your uploads must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, and we reserve the right to delete or disable any content that goes against it.


By uploading or downloading files to Byte365 via our software or website, you agree that you either own or have permission to upload / download the file, and it does not infringe on the file owner's intellectual property rights. We may review your usage of our Services, but we are not obligated to do so. We are not responsible for the content people upload and share using our Services.


You may use our Services only as permitted by the applicable law and regulations. Our Services are not intended for use by people(s) under the age of 13. By using our services, you're representing that you are 13 years of age or above.


Paid Accounts

Byte365 gives you the ability to increase your storage and add features to your account (turning into a "Paid Account"). We will automatically bill you for the upgrade you choose (Premium or Business) starting on the date you convert to a Paid Account, and on each periodic renewal until cancellation. No Refunds are given under any circumstances unless required by law.


Now, for us

The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other US and foreign laws. These Terms don't grant you any right, title or interest in the Services, others' content in the Services, Byte365 trademarks, logos and other brand features.


DMCA Agreement

Byte365 ("Byte365") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Byte365 will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Byte365 service and/or the website. If such claims are reported to our team, we will investigate and handle the situation, which includes the removal of the file and the termination of the violator's account.
